She has a Bachelor’s in Communication, which she utilizes to stress the importance of always improving interpersonal communication. Megan got her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Seminary.

She utilizes a straight-forward communication approach that blends Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered therapy, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care.

Megan works with depression, anxiety, pregnancy and postpartum journeys, parenting difficulties and stressors, suicidal ideation, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and trauma. Megan values sitting in life’s hard moments with others and making sure people aren’t alone in their darkest times.

She has a passion for open communication as well as making mental health conversations part of everyday life. She values being a continuous student of life that never stops learning.

Megan enjoys trying new recipes, reading more than one book at a time, trying to keep up with her kids, and spending time with her husband.
