I believe in meeting people where they are and walking with them through the process of self-discovery and change. I use empathy, curiosity, and a bit of humor to help create that sense of safety and connection.

Therapy can feel heavy at times, but I believe there’s also room for lightness, laughter, and being fully human in the process. I believe growth happens when we feel safe enough to be honest with ourselves and with others.

My style is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and reconnect with what matters most to them.

I have a passion for supporting military service members, veterans, and their families.

I’m drawn to the strength, resilience, and complexity that often come with military life, and I’m committed to providing a space that is grounded in respect and trust.
