Katie Wehrle, MSW

supervisee in Social Work

I am a Supervisee in Social Work who is passionate about helping clients build meaningful, values-driven lives. My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I am committed to creating an environment where you can find healing and growth.

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective clinical work. I strive to foster this connection through authenticity, compassion, and understanding.

My communication style is direct, down-to-earth, and collaborative, and I provide a safe space where you can show up exactly as you are.

Drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness practices, I tailor treatment to align with your specific goals.

I completed my Master of Social Work at UNC Wilmington and my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Fordham University.

As a military spouse, I understand the unique challenges and demands of military life. My lived experience brings a deeper sense of understanding and empathy to my work.

No matter where you are in your therapeutic journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
