Intern
Available for individual therapy, couples therapy, and adults
Meg is a passionate advocate for a holistic approach to wellness. Her therapeutic style is integrative and collaborative, honoring the unique experiences and perspectives each client brings.
Her counseling philosophy is grounded in a strengths-based perspective. She weaves together person-centered, attachment-based, and trauma-informed somatic approaches. With over 15 years of experience in fitness and nutrition-focused, body-centered coaching, Meg has long been fascinated by the mind-body connection. She integrates Somatic Experiencing®, a gentle, body-based method that helps release stored stress and restore the nervous system’s natural balance. She is also an Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Instructor which makes her particularly skilled in body work to combat anxiety.
Meg works with military and non-military individuals and couples navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional barriers. She is intentional about creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and transparency, and is committed to providing a safe, supportive environment for clients to deepen their self-awareness and align more fully within each area of their lives.
